Katie Lee Announces Pregnancy After Struggling To Conceive For A Year!

Katie Lee is finally expecting her first baby! Fans of the Food Network star know all too well she and her husband Ryan Biegel have had fertility struggles for a while so they could not be any happier for them.

It’s time to congratulate Katie as she is now eating for two!

The celeb took to social media to share the great news earlier today.

She posted a pic that showed her near a kitchen counter with a full fork of spaghetti in hand.

But that was not all! Katie also posed with her long-sleeved black top tank top pulled up which allowed followers to take a look at her bare baby bump.

In the caption, she wrote: ‘Eating for two. Baby Biegel is on the way! [Spaghetti emoji.]’

The exciting news that the pair is finally expecting their first child together comes nearly a year after the cookbook author got candid about her struggles with getting pregnant.

After revealing that she had gone through a round of IVF with no success she opened up in a letter she shared on her Instagram page.

‘We just finished the intense process only to get 0 healthy embryos. Not only is IVF really physically exhausting, the emotional toll’s unparalleled. We were filled with so much hope only to be crushed. It’s really hard to put a happy face on. Fertility issues are expected to be private so many are silently in pain.’

In a post from last year, the star also addressed body-shaming comment, writing that ‘I get multiple messages every day asking me if I’m pregnant or why I’m not pregnant yet. After one said I looked ‘thick in the waist’ I finally responded that it is not ok to comment on a woman’s body and you never know what someone’s going through. I naively thought that it would be easy [to get pregnant]. I am a healthy woman, I eat a balanced diet, I exercise, don’t smoke. Ryan’s the same.’

Katie and Ryan tied the knot back in September of 2018 and could not be any happier to finally start a family together. Congratulations!
